These terms are an agreement between you and VantEdge AI Advisory LLC ("we"), which operates FinePrint. By creating an account or using FinePrint, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FinePrint.

What FinePrint does

FinePrint checks the public Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and pricing pages of services you choose, and tells you in plain English when they change. We also publish a public Ledger of changes, with short quotes and summaries linked to the source.

Information, not legal advice

FinePrint gives general information. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Summaries can be incomplete or wrong, and a company's own document always controls. Check the source before you rely on a change, and talk to a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Give us an email address you control. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Plans and billing

The Free plan watches up to 3 services. Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until you cancel. See our auto-renewal terms and pricing.

Fair use

Do not misuse FinePrint. That includes trying to access other people's accounts, interfering with the service, scraping it in bulk, or using it to break the law.

Content and trademarks

Company names and documents shown in FinePrint belong to their owners. FinePrint is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies it tracks, and does not accept payment for placement. You may share and link to Ledger pages with attribution.

No guarantees

FinePrint is provided "as is." We do not promise that we will catch every change, that pages will always be reachable, or that summaries will be error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending service

You can stop using FinePrint at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice by email.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will email you before it takes effect and record it in FinePrint's own Ledger page.
